Missionary Welcome

Hello!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Orange County Rescue Mission (OCRM).  There are many ways to get involved on our campus—see the attached flyer that outlines our various volunteer opportunities. To get a better understanding of the population we serve and how our programs operate, we strongly recommend an introduction to our campus and volunteer experience in one of the following ways:

  • On the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the Month, we host our “Make A Difference In A Morning” serve days. This opportunity includes an introduction to OCRM, a tour of our Village of Hope Campus, and volunteer service in various areas on site. Please visit our website at https://www.rescuemission.org/volunteer/ to learn more and RSVP for the next serve day.
  • Schedule a brief tour and introduction to OCRM with our Volunteer Team during the following time frames: Monday through Friday 9:00am-11: 30 am or 1:00-3: 00 pm. Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, megan.schultz@rescuemission.org
  • If you have previously volunteered on our campus, you may forgo the initial introduction.

Thank you, and we look forward to having you volunteer with us!
